Topology

To deploy the APIO BroadWorks Gateway alongside the APIO Core, the existing infrastructure is used as a foundation. The database serving the APIO Core also supports the APIO BroadWorks Gateway, and both are hosted on the same server. A typical production deployment consists of the following components:

• Database server 1
• Database server 2
• Core/GW server 1, hosting several containers:
  • APIO Core main service container
  • One or more proxy service containers
  • Scheduler container
  • NGINX container
  • APIO Broadworks Gateway container
• Core/GW server 2, hosting several containers:
  • APIO Core main service container
  • One or more proxy service containers
  • Scheduler container
  • NGINX container
  • APIO Broadworks Gateway container
