Self Care Portal 4.2.2 ​

Self Care Portal 4.2.0 ​

Minimal versions of the other modules ​

The APIO BroadWorks Gateway must be at least in 1.13.0.

The APIO Core must be at least in 2.17.1. The version 2.17.2 is recommended when available.

Update of workflows ​

The following categories of workflows have not been modified since 4.1:

  • F4B
  • F4B - AD Sync
  • F4B - NIMS
  • F4B - Webex

They are present anyway in the delivery folder to ease new installations. They can be ignored for upgrades from 4.1.x to 4.2.0.

The following categories have some workflows updated:

  • F4B - Nemo: Updated for the future feature "End User CDR"
    • macro analytics_macro_cdrs_filters: it is now taking as input "user_level" to handle differently "hide last digits" for end users
    • macro f4b_macro_check_allowed: if user_id in request then try to read the end user to get the info
    • f4b_nemo_analytics_cdrs_group_read: Added user_level in the inputs of the "set filters"
    • f4b_nemo_analytics_cdrs_tenant_read: Added user_level in the inputs of the "set filters"
    • f4b_nemo_analytics_cdrs_user_read: first released version. Still not active by default as the E2E feature is postponed.
  • Roger:
    • bwksenh_webex_user_licenses_put: fixed the error message when no licenses available (duplicated text).
    • macro bwksenh_macro_sync_email_altID: it is now possible to provide the userProfile in the input data (if already read in parent workflow) to avoid redundant read.

Updates of BroadWorks GateWay configuration ​

In order to have the new feature of Self Care Portal 4.2 working correctly the following parameters must be added in the Configuration Settings of the BW GW configuration:

  • "RP_DNIS_REMOVE_PRIMARY_IN_NAME": true

For the other features the default values are the ones expected by Self Care Portal 4.2.

If Cisco KEMs or Phone Button BLF List helper are used, the Phone Type configuration has to be updated with new properties.
